'Across The River' (O. David Niswonger, R. 2008). Seedling 19-02. TB, 34" (86 cm). Midseason bloom. Standards dark blue; style arms blue; Falls white; beards yellow. 39-00: ('Rear View Mirror' x 'Crowned Heads') X 36-00: ('Rear View Mirror' x 'Crowned Heads').

From AIS Bulletin #353 April 2009 Introducing ACROSS THE RIVER (Niswonger'09) TB, Sdlg.19-02: 39-00: (Rear View Mirror x Crowned Heads) X 36-00: (Rear View Mirror x Crowned Heads) 34" (86 cms.), M. This reverse amoena (deep blue stds. and white falls) has the most contrast that I have seen. It has flared falls, well branched and 12 buds. Fertile. $50.00. Dave Niswonger.
