Lamoyne Hedgecock, R. 2013) Seedling R-88-B. 38 " (97 cm). Early midseason bloom. Standards pale tan, purple infusions at midribs; falls medium dark purple, pale purple stripe extending down 2/3 petal from beards, white striations at hafts, fluted; beards orange; ruffled; mild sweet fragrance.

Hybridizer's Comment: Lamoyne loves her new bicolored iris. The standards are ruffled tan with purple rays at the midribs. The falls are ruffled and fluted medium dark purple with a pale center stripe from the beards to the edges. Orange beards. Slight, mild fragrance. Very good stalks with 7 to 8 bud count. Sibling to 'Sandy's Serenade' and 'Ring Of Honor'. Comanche Acres 2013. |
