From AIS Bulletin #209 April 1973 Introducing AMOROUS {Sdlg. 67-22A) TB, 34", Mid-Late. (((Bright Forecast X ((Palomino x Mary Randall) X (Mary Randall x Marshmallow))). Overlapping standards are Phlox Pink (Wilson 625/3). Wide flaring falls are a lovely Apricot (Wilson 609/3). Seven large, superbly proportioned blooms are nicely placed on sturdy 34" bloomstalks. Beard is a deep brick red. Very heavy substance and good growing habits add to its desirability. Its perfect color harmony is outstanding as a show specimen as well as a conversation piece in the garden. HC '69. $25.00. Marvin Olson.
