'Amorous Heart' (Barry Blyth, R. 2010) Seedling Q2-7. TB, 40" (102 cm), Midseason late bloom. Standards pastel pink to creamy pink; Falls same as Standards, some deeper pink blending or wash; beards tangerine, 1/2" white end; slight sweet fragrance. 'Decadence' X 'Royal Sterling'. Tempo Two 2010/11.

*Hybridizer's Comment: The maiden bloom of this lovely Iris several years ago still comes to mind as something quite wondrous. The standards are pastel pink with a creamy infusion. Falls are similar with some deeper blending or wash. It is hard to describe. Beards are tangerine with the outer ½" white. This is rather tall but it has lots of buds and huge flowers on well branched stems. Fertile. Sibling of 'Cameo Minx'.
