'Appian Way' ( Gordon Plough, R. 1957). Seedling 50-39-4. Onco-TB, 45" (114 cm). Early midseason bloom. Color Class-RV5M, Mineral-violet blending to phlox-purple; yellow beard. 'Snow Flurry' X 'Capitola'. Eden Road 1958. Honorable Mention 1961 (as a TB).
