'Apple Blossom Time' ( Ron Beattie, R. 1962). Seedling 572-5. TB, 38" (97 cm), Midseason to late bloom. Color Class-R3, Standards dawn pink and appleblossom pink; Falls undertone of white, amoena effect; red beard. ((Muhlstein seedling x 'Pink Cameo') x 'Happy Birthday') X sibling. Fleur de Lis 1962.

From Fleur De Lis Gardens catalog 1963: APPLE-BLOSSOM TIME (Beattie '62l M.L. 38 in. ((Tell Sdlg x P. Cameo) x Happy Birthday)) x Sib. A beautiful new combination of Dawn and Apple blossom pink, the huge ruffled blooms having deeper colored stands. The falls seem to have a very pale, creamy undertone so that the whole flower seems to be a reverse bicolor when seen from a short distance. The deep Geranium red beard probably adds to this effect. H.C. 1961. 20.00.
