2000, Lauer

'April Jewel' (Larry Lauer, R. 1999). Seedling 443-5. TB, 34" (86 cm). Midseason bloom. Standards venetian pink, edged orange buff; style arms orange buff; Falls orange buff with slight pink cast, yellow ochre shoulders; beards red tangerine, small horn; ruffled, lightly laced; pronounced sweet fragrance. Seedling 91-221: ('Orange Treat' x seedling L88-56-1: ('Chickasaw Sue' x 'Role Model')) X 'Pagan Pink'. Lauer's Flowers 2000. Honorable Mention 2002.
