From Fleur De Lis Gardens catalog 1963: AQUALETTE (M. Framke 1963) M.L. 39 in. (ivory Petals x CharMaize) x (Cameo Coral x Grand Teton ). A huge, broad petaled, semi-flaring flower that is sleekly finished in glittering seafoam green over a basic color of creamy opalescent green. The full, ruffled flowers, shockingly accented by a creamy green beard set jewel-like on a bright blue arrow, are elegantly displayed on tall, widely branched stalks. An exciting new iris that is giving a wide range of lovely seedlings as well. No. 60-22- 8F. 25.00.
