'Baltis' OB ( Clarence G. White, R. 1947). AB, TMB, tall. Early bloom. Blended maroon and gold self. White, 1948. No information on introduction found in AIS checklists.

Awaiting original catalog description
From Milliken Gardens catalog, 1948: A very rich deep violet self, napthalene violet, shaded with dark napthalene violet (Ridgway ), with pronounced oncocyclus characteristics. The flowers are round, about 5-1/2 inches in diameter, of excellent substance. The stalks have three branches, each branch having two buds. A very fine flower for cutting as well as for the garden. 3 feet. $10.00.
