Louis Parmentier, IRIS DE BELGIQUE, Iris Belgica, NOB. Iris Wanderwille, Annales de Flore et et de Pomone, 1932-1833, p. 192.
Journal of the Linnean Society, London 16: 145. 1878; Kat. 1939;
From the color code one would deduce that this may have been the blue and white color variety of Iris variegata.
