'Béotie' (Ferdinand Cayeux, 1932) TB. Color Class S3L. Standards large, metallic, bluish lavender, Falls same tone but deeper, the centers suffused a light bluish flax. 'Ochracea Cærulea' X 'Dryade'

From 1937 Schreiner's catalog: BEOTIE (Cayeux 1932) ML. 36". An exceedingly lustrous flower of metallic elephant grey faintly blended French blue. Blooms are large and finely formed. $2.50
