Standards slightly deeper than falls; falls magenta (RHS 186D), lighter area below shrimp red (33C) beard. 79-3F4: ((involving pinks x ('Baroque' x 'Saber Dance')) x 'Silver Shower') X seedling# 79-3F10, sibling. Brown's Sunnyhill Gardens 1987.

From AIS Bulletin #265 April 1987 Introducing BERRY CORDIAL (0. Brown '87) TB, 34". Different and appealing is this wine colored ruffled iris. Arched falls are near RHS 1980, with a lighter area below the showy shrimp red beards. Ruffled standards are deeper in color and nicely held. 5 to 6 buds. Sdlg. 81-406: involved pinks, Instant Charm, Baroque, Saber Dance and Silver Shower. $25.00. Brown's Sunnyhill Gardens.
