Opal Brown, R. 1986). Seedling# 81-3F2. TB, 33" (84 cm), Midseason bloom. Standards ruffled rose purple (RHS 75B), blushed lavender pink (68C); falls frilled lilac (76A), lighter area around beard; yellow beard tipped lavender.

| From AIS Bulletin #261 April 1986 Introducing BLENDED FRILLS (0 Brown '86) TB, 33", M. Ruffled standards are nicely closed in a lovely warm lavender-pink. Wide, fluted, horizontal falls are rose-purple. Lighter area surrounds the beards, which are pale yellow with only the lavender tips showing. Well branched with large blooms.
