…BLESSED DAMOZEL, a pale lavender white. The lavender shows in freshly opened flowers and as shadows late in the evening. It has large, handsome, lightly laciniated flowers, the hafts closely reticulated deep yellow over medium yellow. (Gersdorff, 1945, p. 49).
