| From Fay catalog, 1956: Bluebird Blue 56.00 (1953) No. 49-28- Helen McGregor X Cahokia. Large, full, round and tailored flowers of the clearest shade of medium blue. Does not fade. Beard white tipped lemon. Well branched 36-inch bloom stem. Very nice plants; have withstood 25 degrees below zero without damage. Mid-season. H.C.1950; H M. 1954.
