From AIS Bulletin #213 April 1974 Introducing BLUSHING DEB (Sdlg. 69-16A). TB, 36", Mid-Late. (((Amorous X ((May Hall x (Salmon Shell x Pink Fulfillment))). Shell Pink Self (Wilson 516/2). Blooms are nicely ruffled. Closed standards are stiffly held. Wide semi-flaring falls are enhanced by a Poppy Red beard (Wilson 16/1). Smooth textured blooms have ample substance to ensure a long-lasting bloom period. Heavy 36" bloomstalks have eleven nicely spaced buds. A truly exquisite show stalk. A favorite of ours since first seen as a seedling. Named after our granddaughter Deborah. HC'70. $25.00. Marvin Olson. |
