2014, Spoon

'Bouncing Blue' (Donald Spoon, R. 2014). Seedling# 2008-134BTRE. TB, 33" (84 cm), Midseason bloom and re-bloom. Standards light lavender-blue (RHS 91C/D); style arms same, grey-green (190B) midribs, laced crests; falls darker lavender-blue (91B), darkest (91A) in center, cream-white sunburst around beard, wide and touching, flared; beards cream-white, hairs tipped orange (24A) in throat, golden yellow in middle; slight spicy fragrance; ruffled. 'Gate of Heaven' X 'Christiane Elizabeth'. Winterberry Iris Gardens 2014.
