'Brave Show' (Jesse Wills, R. 1955). Seedling# 170-54. TB, 35" (89 cm), Midseason bloom. Color Class-Y4, Bicolor. Standards golden yellow, falls brown-rose, clear gold edge. ('Arab Chief' x 'Gay Troubadour') X ('Tobacco Road' x ('Prairie Sunset' x 'Lancaster')). Fairmount 1959.

From Fleur De Lis Gardens catalog 1962: BRAVE SHOW (Wills '59) M.L. 36 in. ((Arab Chief x Gay Troubadour) x (Tobacco Road x P. Sun.) x Lancaster. Very large and excellently formed with stands of golden yellow and falls of Chestnut red bordered yellow. 5.00.
