From Fleur De Lis Gardens catalog 1956: BRIGHT HOUR (Douglas 1952) M. L. 38 in.(Cook 129-42 x Criterion). This is undoubtedly the best improvement in the amoenas to date. A large, beautifully formed flower of great color value. Stands are pure silvery white and falls are vibrant purple with a snow white border extending down both sides. H.M. 1953. 7.50.
