'Bubbling Waves' (Joseph Ghio, R. 2005). Seedling# 99-184H. TB, 38" (97 cm). Very early to early bloom. Clear medium blue self; beards cream tipped white. 'Sea Power' X seedling# 94-202A: ('Drum Roll' x 'Double Bubble'). Bay View 2006. Honorable Mention 2008.

From Bay View Gardens catalog, 2006: BUBBLING WAVES, 38 inches, VE, E. $50.00. Marked as gorgeous from its maiden bloom. Its linage traces back to Frosted Starlight. A wondrous shade of very true medium delphinium blue with a hint of olive at the shoulders. Cream beards, tipped white. Perfect Ghio formed blooms, bubbling with wavy extravagant ruffles. Tall, well branched with multi-budded sockets. No. 99-184H: Sea Power X 94-202A: (Drum Roll x Double Bubble).
