1990, Jeffries

'Builder Queen' (Robert Jeffries, R. 1989). Seedling# J79-6B. TB, 36" (91 cm), Very early to midseason bloom. Standards salmon pink (Wilson 412); falls orpiment orange (10/2); nasturtium red (14/1) beard; slight sweet fragrance. Seedling# J76-1-OR: ('Java Dove' x seedling# J74-9: (('Saturn Moon' x ( 'Dream Spun' x 'Memphis Lass')) x ('Double Majesty' x 'Replicata'))) X 'Village Squire'. Kansas Rainbow Gardens 1990.

From AIS Bulletin #277 April 1990 Introducing BUILDER QUEEN-TB, 36", VE-M. Domed and touching salmon pink standards; semi-flaring orpiment orange falls; nasturtium red beards. Sturdy stalks with 8 buds on wide 3-way branching. Garden effect is orange. Appreciated by all who saw it blooming in the Botanica Gardens in Wichita. Net $25.00. Kansas Rainbow Gardens.
