BURNING DESIRE attracted attention in Wichita with its fiery coloring and many open blooms. In fact on some clumps there were too many flowers, which caused them to be too close. A beautiful iris which increases quite well. [Mullin, Ron (1971). Irises I Like, American Iris Society Bulletin 204(January 1972), 14.] |
