1987, Keppel

'Candlegleam' (Keith Keppel, R. 1987). Seedling# 78-49C. TB, height 38" (97 cm), Early to midseason bloom.. Standards chrome lemon (M&P 9-K-2) flushed nankeen (10-F-3) on midrib; falls warm white (9-C-1), goldenrod (10-L-5) hafts, lighter chrome 3/8" margin, faint wash; mandarin red (2-F-12) beard with small pale yellow tip; very slight fragrance. Seedling# 75-42D: (seedling# 72-DG, 'Marmalade' sibling x 'Firewater') X seedling# 75-42C, sibling Keppel 1987.
