'Can't Buy Me Love' (Ann Head, R. 2007). Seedling# BS6-1. TB, 36" (91 cm). Early midseason bloom. Standards greyed pale yellow, slight grayed lavender flush on midrib, style arms light yellow; falls grayed cream tinted lavender narrowly edged grayed yellow, some gray-yellow veining at hafts, small area of lavender dots around beard; beards egg-yolk yellow in throat, pale yellow in middle, lavender tipped yellow at end, grayed yellow flounces or lavender horns; slight musky fragrance. Seedling# 9853-1: ('Sky Hooks' x 'Azure Angel') x 'Iron Eagle'. Impressive Irises 2008/09.

Falls cream with soft yellow hafts and reverse, faint light blue mid rib. Yellow beards ending large light blue horns sometimes with small spoons. Beautifully formed, ruffled and flared.
