Awaiting original catalog description.
CARILLON FESTIVAL is a reverse amoena of pale yellow and white. The heavily ruffled sweet-smelling flowers occasionally have small spots of yellow on the white falls, which makes them even more lovely. This one sometimes does not bloom every year for us, but makes up for it in the years when it does bloom. It is one of my favorites. [Mullin, Ron (1971).
