'Chernomorets' Черноморец (Irina Driagina, R. 1996). Seedling# 4-76. TB, 43" (110 cm), Midseason bloom. Dark blue black self; beards black, hairs tipped yellow. Parentage unknown. Driagina 1971.

Translation: Черноморец = Someone from the Black Sea. The name is associated with the dark, "black" color of the flowers, reminiscent of the Black Sea (Чёрное море).
