1974, Boushay

'Clouds Of Gold' (Jack Boushay, R. 1973). Seedling# 69-BP-6. TB, 36" (91 cm), Early midseason to late bloom. Lemon yellow self with lighter area at tip of orange beard; lightly ruffled. 'Ultrapoise' X 'Kingdom'. J. & J. Iris 1974. Honorable Mention 1976.

From AIS Bulletin #213 April 1974 Introducing CLOUDS OF GOLD (Jack Boushay '74). 69-BP-6: (Ultrapoise X Kingdom). 36", EM-L. Lemon yellow (Wilson 4) with lighter area at tip of orange beard. Very heavy substance, lightly ruffled with good form. Beautiful branching with four branches plus terminal and three buds on each branch. Net $25.00. J&J Iris Garden.
