'Cosmic Skies' (Henry Rowlan, R. 1983). Seedling# 77 T-4. TB, 32" (81 cm), Midseason bloom. Lightly ruffled medium blue (HCC 43/3); yellow beard, 1" blue horns. 'Goodness' X 'Hula Moon'. Rowlan Irises 1983.
