2018, Black

'Countess'  (Paul Black, R. 2018). Seedling V135A. TB, 36" (91 cm). Early to late bloom. Standards light cameo pink; style arms mid cameo pink; falls black-purple, narrow pale purple-white band, dark purple wire rim, white haft with black-purple veins; beards root beer-orange; ruffled; pronounced sweet fragrance. Seedling 553B: ('Royal Sterling' x 'Giorgio') X seedling T124B: (unknown x 'Jazz Band'). Mid-America 2018. Honorable Mention 2021.

Fertilizer Prefers rich conditions on relatively inorganic soils.
