'County Fair' (Glenn Corlew, R. 1965). Seedling# 218-3A. TB, height 34" (86 cm), Midseason bloom. Color Class-Y1P, Canary yellow(Wilson 2/3), shading to 2/2 at hafts and edges of falls. 'Frilly Fringes' X ( 'Party Dress' x 'Native Dancer'). Cherry Lane 1966. Honorable Mention 1967; Judges Choice 1968.

From AIS Bulletin #181 April 1966 Introducing COUNTY FAIR. $25.00. Crisp and ruffled canary yellow of classic form. Slightly darker yellow beard. Tall, well-branched stalks carry 2 or 3 buds per socket. Rapid increaser with clean foliage lightly brushed blue at the base. 34". Midseason. Seedling #218-3A: FRILLY FRINGES X (PARTY DRESS X NATIVE DANCER). HC 1965. Cherry Lane Gardens.
