From Mid-America Garden catalog, 2011: CROSS DRESSER (T.Johnson ‘11) TB Early-Midseason 32”(81cm). Gee, what a mixed up character this is and not the least bit inhibited. Sparkling white standards have slight gold rims. Dark violet veins on white falls coalesce into darker overall wash over lower third. Peach tan color of hafts narrows into a darker band. Flaming orange beards scream for attention. Well-branched stalks give maximum exposure. Vive la différence. Sdlg. TX41CC: Quandary X Wild Angel. $50.00. |
