Standards white, mostly overlaid light violet; falls white with border of violet plicata stitching; subdued yellow beard. Seedling# 64-39-3: ('Rococo' x 'Gibson Girl') X 'Da Capo'. Avonbank 1973.

From AIS Bulletin #209 April 1973 Introducing CROSS STITCH-The best of dozens of plicatas from the cross (Rococo x Gibson Girl) X Da Capo. The standards are almost completely overlaid light violet. The falls are pure white with a border of violet stitching. Can rebloom in summer as well as fall. Utterly hardy, and fertile both ways. Sdlg. 68-133B-L. 36". EM and RE. $20.00. Avonbank Gardens.
