From AIS Bulletin #197 April 1970 Introducing DANCING JEWEL (Roe '70). Sdlg. A 52. TB, M-L, 36". Violet (36/1,RHS). I describe as a rosy lavender, with a blue flush flowing out of the haft on to the falls. Falls flare like a hoop skirt. Closed standards. Picot edges on both standards and falls. Four branches. Large flowers. Yellow beard. Good substance. Good increaser. Many buds. $25.00. Bernice Roe.
