'Danube Du Barry' (Rose-Linda Vasquez, R. 2007). Seedling G2-01-02. TB, 39" (99 cm). Midseason bloom. Standards white washed light blue; style arms light blue; Falls lavender blue, light violet veined white in throat; beards orange in throat, yellow in middle, lavender blue at end, 2 cm light blue horn; sweet fragrance. 'Hindu Magic' X 'Magic Kingdom'. Vasquez 2009. 3rd Prize Franciris® 2011.

Hybridizer's comment: The cross G2/01 just happened by luck… I only wanted to create space-agers that wouldn't be too tall and would be strong. Sibling to 'Charlie Chaplin', 'Rose-Linda Vasquez' and many others.
Commentaire de l'hybrideur: Encore un G2/01, qui fut un pur hasard… Ma volonté était de créer des iris avec éperons, pas très hauts, solides, et vigoureux. Frère de 'Charlie Chaplin', 'Rose Linda Vasquez' et les autres.
'Danube Du Barry' (Rose-Linda Vasquez, Enregistré en 2007). Semis G2-01-02. TB, 99 cm, M. Pétales blancs lavés bleu clair; style arms bleu clair; sépales bleu lavande, gorge violet clair veiné blanc; barbes orange dans la gorge, jaune au milieu, bleu lavande au bout, éperon de 2 cm bleu clair; parfum sucré. 'Hindu Magic' X 'Magic Kingdom'.
