'Deep Canyon' (Thornton Abell, R. 1957). Seedling 53-42-3. TB, 34" (86 cm), Midseason bloom. Color Class-V5, amethyst-violet with plum-purple, garnet-brown; falls Victoria violet, shading to color of Standards 'Damascus Blade' x 'Grand Canyon'. See below:
