(TB) 'Deep River'

1944, Wareham

'Deep River' (John Wareham, R. 1944) TB. Early midseason to late midseason bloom. Color Class B1M. From seedlings derived from I. trojana x 'Dominion'.

DEEP RIVER which, while large, is also very free in bloom and is most valuable as an excellent display clump. It is bluest when the sun is not shining. (Gersdorff, 1945, p. 49).
