'Desiderata' (Walter Moores, R. 1978). Seedling 74-59. TB, 35" (89 cm). Midseason bloom and rebloomm (October in Texas). Palest shade of blue, deepening toward throat; self beard, whiter in throat. 'Winter Dreams' X ('Sky Queen' x 'Tyrolean Blue'). Moores 1981.

From AIS Bulletin #241 April 1981 Introducing DESIDERATA-35", M & RE (Oct. TX). A well-formed flower that opens blue-white and fades to cool white, but remains pale blue in the heart. Powder blue beards blend to white in throat. Fall stems may exhibit poor branching because of weather conditions. My best remontant flower. Winter Dreams x (Sky Queen x Tyrolean Blue). $20.00.
