From Glen Road Iris Gardens catalog, 1928: DIONE (Edl. 1928) A distinct and pleasing white self; on either side of the projecting red-orange beards extend bright blue veins for an inch onto the blades. Good form and substance. Makes a fine clump. Well branched; 3 ft. 10.00.
