2012, Ransom

'Dissident' (Lawrence Ransom, R. 2012). Seedling 02/22-3SA. TB, 33" (84 cm), Midseason bloom. Standards tan bronze washed pale mauve in center; style arms and crests orange tan overlaid grayed purple; Falls white ground center sanded and more solidly overlaid dark purple red towards slightly browned edge; beards rusty orange on whiter base, copper orange hairy horns. Sweet spicy fragrance. 'Jet Setter' X 'Lord Of Letters'. Iris au Trescols 2012.
