'Dream Spun' (James Gibson, R. 1961). Seedling 14-6-PTA. TB, 40" (102 cm). Midseason bloom. Standards mauve on white ground; Falls white ground, mauve border. From two seedlings. Cooley 1962. Honorable Mention 1963.

From Fleur De Lis Gardens catalog 1963: DREAM SPUN (Gibson '62) M. 36 in. (From sdlgs.) A huge, wide petaled flower of white ground with what might be termed an almost full wash of pinkish lavender that is slightly heavier on the edges of the falls. NET 17.50.
