'Easter Glory' (
Lloyd Zurbrigg, R. 1968). Seedling 65-40-A. TB, height 36" (91 cm), Midseason to late bloom. Color Class-Y4RVL, standards bright yellow; Falls light orchid with deeper flush; bright yellow halo around bright yellow beard.
'Siam' X Cook yellow and blue seedling. (Cook 10260 x Cook 8159). Avonbank 1970.

This non-remontant combines brilliant golden yellow standards with orchid falls, the latter more intense at the borders and in the centre. The bright golden beard is surrounded by a bright yellow halo. Wonderful form, substance, color, stem, and long-lasting. Fertile. (Siam X Cook seedling). $35. Avonbank Iris Gardens. |
