Lémon, Annales de Flore et de Pomone, 1839-1840, p. 367.
Translation= plant rising from 50-70 cm, ash blue background, external petals (falls) white streaks at the base, dark blue at the top, lined with pale blue with a light blue longitudinal line on the middle of each petal.
