Hybridizer's Comment : This is an ideal iris for the front of the bed. It is a very neat and tidy and a lower grower. Standards are light lavender violet and the falls are rich black violet shading a little lighter around the rich burnt bronze beards. Even though it is shorter than most, it has excellent branching and show stems are there. Pert ruffled blooms and loads of them make a great garden display.
