'Fashion Star' (Edgar Sellman, R. 1978). Seedling# D-63. TB, 36" (91 cm), Midseason bloom. Standards white, flushed pansy violet (HCC 33/1); falls pansy violet; red-tangerine beard. 'Touché' X 'Victorian Days'. Sellman 1978.

From AIS Bulletin #229, Spring 1978 Introducing FASHION STAR-Sdlg. C-63. TB, 36", M. (Touche X Victorian Days). White S. flushed pansy violet; F. are pansy violet, and the beard is red-tangerine. This is an exotic neglecta with closed S. and very flaring, wide F. Large, beautifully formed blossoms on a straight stalk. $25.00. Selloman's Iris Gardens.
