■(TB) 'Fashionably Late'

1998, Keppel

'Fashionably Late' (Keith Keppel, R. 1997). Seedling 90-132A. TB, 36" (91 cm), Late bloom. Standards blended rose violet (M&P 44-K-6 to 53-B-11); style arms greyed heather (45-I-1); falls blended rose violet (44-K-3/5), old rose (4-I-10) haft suffusion; beards antique red (4-J-11), scarlet vermilion (2-I-12) deep in throat; ruffled, faintly laced; slight sweet fragrance. 'Newlywed' X seedling# 86-47A: ( 'Faraway Places' x ( 'Veneer' x 'Mulled Wine')). Keppel 1998. Honorable Mention 2002; Award of Merit 2004.
