2003, Stahly

'Fast Break' (Harold Stahly, R. 2003). Seedling# 94-44. TB, 35" (89 cm), Midseason to late bloom. Standards and style arms buff yellow (RHS 162A); falls pale yellow (162D) heavily plicata-marked deep red (187A) and forming solid 1/2" border; beards indian yellow (17A); ruffled. Seedling# 90-22: ('Gigolo' x 'Haversham') X 'Baltic Star'. Stahly 2003.

From AIS Bulletin #329 April 2003 Introducing FAST BREAK (Stahly '03) TB ML, 35". Bicolor plicata. Standards buff yellow (RHS 162A), falls very pale yellow ground (162D) heavily marked with deep red (187A) which becomes a solid half inch rim; beards yellow (17A), styles color of standards. Nice ruffled form, good stalk with 7-8 buds. Sdlg. 94-44: ((Gigolo x Haversham) X Baltic Star). $40.00. Harold Stahly.
