'Feeling Blue' (Helen Cochran, R. 1996). Seedling# 83-06-C. TB, 35" (89 cm), Midseason bloom. Ruffled pale blue self; beards blue; slight sweet fragrance. 'Winterscape' X 'Song Of Norway'. Stockton 1997.
