From Bay View Gardens catalog,1979: FINANCIER. 36 inches, early to mid-season. $25.00. In these days of raging inflation, gold is a most sought-after commodity, and here is a large showy gold with a non-fading richness often wished for but rarely achieved. One of the largest of flowers with great character. The edges of the petals are serrated and finished with pleated ruffling. Extremely vigorous that it will produce several bloom stalks in one year--an instant clump! Invest here and reap dividends for years into the future.
