'Fireball Candy' (Donald Spoon, R. 2014). Seedling# 2008-69RD/HN/RE. TB, 34" (86 cm), Midseason bloom and rebloom. Standards grey-red (RHS 181B/C), darker veins, bright yellow (12A) at ¼ of base, lavender centers, erect; style arms yellow, lavender midribs and across stigmatic lips; falls cardinal red (53A/B); grey-orange (163D) edge, underside yellow-orange, cream-white to yellow sunburst around beards, arched and touching; beards yellow-orange, occasional creamy yellow 1/3" upturned horn; pronounced spicy fragrance; ruffled. Seedling# 2002-148A: ('Spring Splendor' x 'Orchid Dove') X seedling# 2006-168: ('Striking' x 'Rock Star'). Winterberry 2014.
