'Full Tide' (Opal Brown, R. 1972). Seedling# 9-14E16. TB, 38" (97 cm). Early midseason bloom. Standards wisteria blue (RHS 93D); falls blue (92A); light yellow beard brushed blue; ruffled. 'Babbling Brook' X seedling# 3-12C1: (('Lipstick' x 'Country Cuzzin') x 'Bright Cloud'). Brown's Sunnyhill Gardens 1972. High Commendation 1970; Honorable Mention 1973; Award of Merit 1976.

FULL TIDE (Opal Brown) was Dykes Medal quality and didn't make it. This tall, show-stalked light blue has a hairline edge of silver mixed in the heavy ruffling. Very vigorous.
